You can also email us directly at store@inclusivelemon.com. We answer Monday to Friday, usually within one business day. If your order has already shipped, include your order number and we will find the tracking straight away.
Before you write
A few things that come up often:
- Everything is made to order and shipped from Delaware. Allow 2 to 4 business days to produce, then 3 to 7 to arrive.
- Returns are open for 30 days from delivery. If something arrived damaged or wrong, send a photo and skip the return entirely.
- Mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe.
- Ordering for a birthday? Give it two weeks.
