Refund policy

We want you to be happy with what you ordered. If you are not, email store@inclusivelemon.com within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives broken, or it is not the design or the color you ordered, send us a photo within 30 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or refund you in full, and you do not need to return the original.

Change of mind

Everything we sell is printed to order, so returns cannot be resold. If you change your mind within 30 days of delivery, email us and we will arrange a return. Return shipping is at your cost, and the refund covers the item price rather than the original shipping.

Items we cannot take back

Items that have been used or washed cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we have approved a return, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Cancellations

Orders move into production quickly. Email us as soon as you can and we will cancel the order if printing has not already started.
